In the village of Gumstnik, in the courtyard of “St. Nicholas Letni” Church, is the only monument to the Bulgarians who died when the ship “Titanic” sank in the Atlantic Ocean. It is assumed that on the ship had 38 people from Bulgaria, 8 of them were from the village. The monument is raised with donations by the relatives of the dead.
