Municipality of Troyan is a provider of a coworking office space in the city center

"IT Shelter in the Balkans" is a service in favor of city residents and tourists as an initiative of Troyan Municipality. Our philosophy is to offer office space for free use by tourists and residents of Troyan Municipality who have the possibility of remote work. The coworking office is located in the building of the Tourist Information Center – Troyan,  sq. "G.S. Rakovski" No. 103.

It is warm in winter, cool in summer and beautiful in all seasons. You choose. Immerse yourself in an authentic atmosphere under the sound of the rushing river and make your working day more fruitful and creative.

We are able to organize events from chamber type to medium-sized conference with up to 50 delegates.

Salons for ideas - if you need a surge of energy, a breath of fresh air or a place to exchange ideas, use the designated places - the terrace with the unpretentious mushroom-tables or the park immediately in front of the entrance to the Tourist Information Center.

• Possibility of parking in the immediate vicinity of the office in a paid parking lot with 29 parking spaces, located behind the "Local Revenue" building, as well as a free parking area in the street behind the TIC building - Troyan and around the park.

*For use of the entire hall on the first floor or the conference hall on the second floor, a fee is payable in accordance with Ordinance No. 7 on the determination and administration of local fees and service prices, art. 54, as follows:

Room rent - whole hall - BGN 30.00 per hour;

Use of multimedia - BGN 25.00 per started hour;

Use of sound equipment - BGN 25.00 per hour started.

The use of the entire hall on floor 1 or the conference hall is free of charge in the following cases:

For holding events in which the Municipality of Troyan is an organizer/partner.

Educational institutions and sports clubs are exempt from paying the prices.

The exemption from payment of the prices is carried out after a written resolution of the Mayor of the municipality, based on a submitted application.
